GLOBAL PHARMACEUTICAL FACILITY EXPANSION
Heritage secured a project to rig and set up pharmaceutical and manufacturing equipment for a global pharmaceutical corporation at its Northern New Jersey facility. The scope required our rigging, millwright, and trucking services.

Before mobilization, we held a kickoff meeting. We developed a comprehensive, site-specific Health & Safety Plan tailored to the project.

THE CHALLENGE
The project scope included:
- Rigging, offloading, uncrating, and setting up forty-five individual crates of equipment from twelve sea containers
- Transporting the equipment to an interior staging area before setting it up within the facility
- Rig, set, assemble, level, and anchor each piece of equipment
- The assembly of all equipment beyond main components, including mechanical attachments, bio seals, piping, glass
THE EXECUTION
Heritage utilized company-owned tools and equipment throughout the project. These included, but were not limited to, various rigging tools, booms, 12K capacity lulls, and forklifts ranging from 5K to 30K capacity.
The project included rigging, millwright, and trucking services performed by Heritage safely with no incidents and completed on time to the customer’s satisfaction.
