February 2016 – VIDEO – Heritage Industrial Services was contacted by a specialty lubricant customer located in New Jersey to perform a very time sensitive repair on one of their jacketed vessels. It was key for the client to have as limited downtime as possible in order to not lose production. The project had numerous safety concerns including working in confined space and proper ventilation.

Heritage Industrial always follows all OSHA protocols to protect their workers as well as the surrounding public and environment. In order to perform the repairs, heating and bending of the existing steel vessel had to be done to strict tolerances for proper fitment. All welding and repairs were performed by our fully trained and certified welding and fabrication professionals. In all the project was completed on schedule and under the customers original budget estimate of 3 days.
