Ethanol Plant at the Coors Brewery

Ethanol Plant at the Coors brewery

Heritage recently completed the industrial dismantling and rigging of an ethanol plant at the Coors Brewery. This project completely removed the plant and its associated infrastructure for reuse at another facility.

Prior to mobilizing, a kickoff meeting was held, and the approved Site-Specific Health & Safety Plan was reviewed by all employees. In addition, a detailed work plan was reviewed detailing the dismantling sequence, lift plans, weight calculations, weather and wind monitoring, ground stability checks, and other critical safety measures to ensure safe lifting operations. The team used a 650-ton hydraulic crane, a 110-ton hydraulic crane, and various rigging to complete the dismantling, removals, and installations.
